I had a good experience at Villa Alejandro. They did not have a front desk but the virtual reception was prompt and very helpful. We had problems getting the staff to clean our rooms or restock our fresh water or do our laundry. There are no employees that stay on site. They are brought in by van daily and don’t stay long. All communication is via a chat bot
