"The hotel was absolutely lovely and even with a late arrival they were very pleasant and helpful, even with my awful German language skills! The room was cozy and comfortable. A lack of air conditioning during the visit caused some discomfort, but higher temperatures were unexpected. "Ich bin aus Costa Rica nach Lüneburg gereist, um die Weihnachtsmärkte zu besuchen, und hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage, ganz nah an der Altstadt und den Weihnachtsmärkten, sodass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Lage macht wirklich den Unterschied, um die Stadt in der Weihnachtszeit in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Sehr empfehlenswert."
