「Personnel excellent ,chambre propre comfortable.Parfait」

「Water coming down from the ceiling in our bathroom and AC didn't work. There was no fix for the AC and they offered to switch us rooms but it was already late at night. No other compensation offered but eventually agreed to have parking fee reimbursed. Not worth the $400+ CAD price. 」

Ontbijt lekker maar waren er om 9 u en er was al vanalles leeg en werd niet aangevuld( lomo/ kaas en verse aardbeieen waren op ) Er stond vers fruitsap maar waren geen propere glazen beschikbaar. 「The room was comfortable and clean. We had a room overlooking the pool, which was lovely, but the downside to this was that we could hear the entertainment. However this did not spoil our stay as you need to expect these things when staying in a hotel. There are no English tv channels. We didn't have meals in the hotel so cannot comment on this, but we did buy a couple of drinks from the bar and I feel that the staff could do with some training on customer service.
