"The check in process was easy but the front desk staff were not very friendly. Our room was nice but I wish we had better bathroom linens. We had issues with the lack of service at the rooftop bar. On average, it took 15 minutes just to get a beverage. They were clearly understaffed."

"We had a lovely family room for 4 - and had plenty of room. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The wellness centre with pool /sauna etc was really lovely. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Hotel Immlauer Brau is a great place to stay while visiting Salzburg. It is within walking distance to Old Town. Mass transit is also very close to the hotel if you prefer to use that to get to Old Town. The train station is within walking distance of this hotel as well. The staff here were so friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions on how to get to places. They were very helpful when a situation occurred with our reservation, they were so kind to resolve the issue so it was more comfortable for us. The rooms were quite a bit larger than normal European hotel rooms which made our stay extra comfortable as we stayed for over a week. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, location and cleanliness."

"Honestly our favorite stay the whole time in Europe for two weeks. We even extended our stay an extra night instead of attending Oktoberfest. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel. The staff was over the top providing helpful advice our entire stay. We will definitely return!"
