「Great muffins!」

「It’s just a basic hotel. It’s clean enough and it did what it was meant to do ~ a basic convenient hotel in Ruidoso. It’s also in a good area convenient to pretty much everything so I like that I would definitely recommend it. If I had to say one small complaint, it would be the cleaning ladies. They don’t know what indoor voice means lol - they tend to scream at each other. But like my mom used to say if that’s your biggest problem finding another one. I would definitely recommend this...

「I noticed a blood spatter in the bathroom in an awkward spot which could have been overlooked easily, but it was there nonetheless. I would also not recommend consuming the ice in any way as it tasted horrible.」

「Michael the desk clerk, is the BEST! They are doing renovations, but room was great, property clean. Had to leave early due to an emergency, and there were no issues. Great place! Location was great too.」

「They offer hot breakfast choices and many other items. Amelia, who runs the breakfast buffet is great. She is so pleasant and keeps everything stocked! The property is kept up and beautiful. The swimming pool and hot tub were so clean. The pool was」

「Views were beautiful! Very comfortable! We did check in two hours early so our room wasn’t ready, but we still got to check in and everything! The pool was out of service, they said they can arrange for us to go swimming to a Sister place around the block so no big deal on that. AC was super cold on them hot days. The stairway to our condominium entrance was a little Michael Myers creepy, but it was really good to have that memory with our family! Just made it’s something we can always talk...

「I had a bad experience. I found my shower broken this morning and don’t have time to wait in maintenance to come. It would not turn on and the handle broke off. There was no soap at the sink and the body wash I tried to use instead was empty. The kitchen aspect of these units has really been cut to an absolute minimum making them kindness.」
