The peacefulness of the rooms. I was disappointed to see the pool heater was never fixed so the pool was not heated. I have been coming to this BestWestern Plus in Ruidoso, NM for years and before the pool was heated. Breakfast was nice and perfect amount.

The hotel staff were helpful. There were a lot of cracks and minor imperfections in the hotel room. The pool was over flowing with water. Overall good for one night

Great place to stay in Ruidoso! I was so thankful that they had breakfast available, and a good variety of foods. The fitness facility was better than expected (although the peloton bike still needs some additional set up because it was not connecting to the screen properly), and I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

I liked the area. I wanted my grandkids to swim but the pool water was very cold. I left my power bank to change my phone in that room, I would like someone to call and tell me how I can pick it up
