"We enjoyed our stay!! Great location. Beautiful view from our room. Spacious room and felt refreshing to have all that space which is luxury in Europe. Staff was the best part of the hotel. They were kind, happy, and always eager to help. Unfortunately, two days in a row the hotel elevators were not working. The staff tried their best to have the elevators repaired at the earliest. The staff went above and beyond to compensate for this unfortunate event. They were super helpful. To make our stay comfortable they offered free breakfast for that morning. Breakfast was delicious and was a nice spread. We would totally come back to this hotel when we return to Amsterdam. One of the best hotels in Europe! "

"Excellent hotel in prime location! Free bikes so you can explore more! Staff is super friendly gave me a little note and chocolate as well as a late check out so this was much appreciated as I had a late flight. We also had drinks at the Lyan bar which has funky vibes and great cocktails. There is also social hour from 4-5p with free wine or beer. It seems to be a popular place and was fully booked but staff did not seem rushed-they were kind to everyone! Will defo be back !"
