"We specifically booked this hotel as the property advertised Laundry (that the guests can use). We were greatly disappointed as the was the one stop that we paid slightly more than our budget and went slightly out of way just for the laundry. It was also the only night we had booked for laundry during our whole trip and we could only bring a backpack.
The hotel was also a little weird in that the hall lights on the different floors went off overnight. We had to get up early to catch a train and went out our door and everything was dark. We had to use our phone flashlights.
Overall, it was okay."

"The staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed. And the view was positively amazing!!!! I would love to stay here again."
