Good value for your money, when other hotels are either fully booked or charging exorbitantly during the raya festival, they remain consistent. No housekeeping unless requested. Clean room & comfortable beds.

Shoplot hotel. Without lift for those who wants to consider this hotel ya. Leverage hotel at mergong area got lift. Overall for short stay n event nearby better choice for this hotel but request level 1 la. If not u need to climb up more for 2nd floor. No room for ground floor only got lobby/reception.

pro 1- near to Alor setar (s) exit and kuala kedah. 2. easy access to local stall or restaurant for food Cons 1- no lift in this hotel, only stair. if you bring old folks, it is not recommended 2. Small room and washroom. the sink is in the room instead of washroom. my kid spill the water all over the room. this is a -1000 point for people stay with kids. 3. i booked for super king size, but the bed is just normal king size 4. No wardrobe to store the cloth 5. the staff not really friendly in greeting the customer. smile or greeting would be great. 6. there are mold at the toilet wall...
