Less known Alor Star well worth a visit

Standard plus business hotel with good price / quality ratio. Nice room, good bed, better than average breakfast. Extraordinary location of the hotel right in the centre of town. Professional staff.

アロースターの中心部にあるホテルで、シティプラザやプカンラブはすぐ近く、アマンセントラルやアロースタータワー、ザヒールモスクも徒歩圏内（15分から20分くらい）。アロースター自体に外国人観光客はほぼいないと思われるので、利用は国内旅行者が多いと思う。 建物自体は古く、部屋も少し古さを感じるし、エアコンをつけると少し臭い気になるかも。アメニティもあまりない。 朝食はナシレマ、ナシゴレンに、麺系（ミー、クアティアオ、ビーフン）などに、チキンソーセージ、その場で作ってくれる卵料理などあり、ローカルで美味しい。

Comfortable stay.

This is the best hotel in kuala kedah. Friendly and helpful staff. Although the room is small but comfortable except the toilet rather small. Food are good but the layout not attractive.

The room was okay. Smaller than I expected but bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was decent but better than most 3 star hotels. WiFi was pretty slow. Lots and lots of mosquitos in the lobby (in the lift especially) and the main entrance. No trouble finding parking and it’s free. Overall room condition was meh.

Hotel must make official application to ALOR SETAR MAJLIS TEMPATAN to cut the huge 4 trees in front of the entrance. Hundreds of birds make the trees as their night resting place, resulting in untold bird droppings falling on hotel patrons cars. The trees should be replaced wity waist high scrubs or flowers plants.

Bad housekeeping

I check in on 19/3/17 and check out on 22/3/17. The bed linens are with stains. It is as though it was not changed with fresh bed linens before I check in. The bed linens are not even changed every day. It is the same stained bed linens for me for 3 days. Strands of my hair is still in the wash basin area and in the shower as soon as I returned to the room late in the evening for the past 3 days. Housekeeping is very poor.
