「We never got the room that we booked. The first time we were told that they didn’t have us listed in that building however they did show we were booked so they put us in another building that was supposed to be similar. The other building ADN was nice but the floors were dirty, there was foul odor coming out of the pipes, bedroom was not private like in the pictures, there was a ripped on the pillow and the stuffing was coming out. I have to give special shoutout to the staff members who made the experience very pleasant, which included Freddy, Joz, and Gustavo. They were very attentive and accommodating. I don’t feel the need to explore other options for hotels to stay at when I come to Quito again because I only want to stay here. That’s how much I loved it!」

They don't change towels or make the bed—nothing like that during your stay. If you have a movie app, you're fine; otherwise, there are no local channels to watch.」
