"Room was fine, carpet needed better attention. Cigarette butt left as well as toenails! I was very delayed and had tried to call the hotel to ask re: late checkin. No reply. No reply to email or messages either. Very poor service. I was told I could not move the day upon arrival (despite free rooms…) ..."
