No se puede calentar ni un vaso de agua para hacer una infusión. El bar restaurante cerrrado todos los días. Ausencia de personal. "This hotel is a truck stop, rooms basic but clean.Lucky to have a room at the back otherwise would have been looking at alot of trucks.Truckers left early and the shower was cold,we imagine all the hot water had been taken(7am)Went for breakfast, 8am there was no staff and it looked like we were left with what the truckers did not want.Passed and purchased breakfast on route"

"The entire staff was absolutely incredible, check in, kitchen, bar and cleaning crew, everyone was so kind! The hotel is fabulous: comfortable bed, good water pressure, great air conditioning, beautiful surroundings. The castle is like walking back in time and totally worth the money. The food was great: breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bar staff were so attentive and understanding of any requests I had."

"Everything was great. Arrived at 22.00, checked in remotely using a console in reception, weird, but worked fine. The waiter told us where to park, 5 mins away in a public space but safe and fine. Back at hotel, we checked in then had a lovely meal in the restaurant."
