「The property surrounding the hotel was very nice. You can watch the wildlife from the patio. The pool and Hottub area was clean. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. 「I and three colleagues booked a room on Hotels.com on April 29, but on May 13 (after 10:30 pm) the three colleagues were suddenly told that there were no rooms available and no alternative accommodation was arranged.
