「Das Zimmer war beim Einchecken nicht besonders sauber, Haare im Bett, und der Fußbaden war sehr staubig, es hatte keine Klimaanlage und es war zum Innenhof gelegen, dort fanden Bauarbeiten statt, was mit geöffnetem Fenster schon sehr laut war. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.」

「Check in speed is very slow and very unfamiliar with the process. Even assign a not my reservation to me…. until my reminder they the realized. Didn’t check with me and my colleague which credit card what to use, just directly charged the card left to the system. Check in time is so long and inefficient. I spend for 30-40mins to complete my check in.」
