Delightful and enjoyable

Friendly staff greeted us and our room was delightful. Exceptionally clean and decorated. We admired the antiques in our room and throughout. They even offered us a nightcap in the parlor. An especially memorable stay.

A beautifully restored mansion house. Attention to detail and convenience. Sparkling clean and old and grand at the same time. Breakfast amazing with food choices. Delicious and beautifully served. Our own table -no group tables - Staff lovely. Common room set up for guests comfort and convenience with coffee tea water wine and snacks. I would live there if I could!!

I've stayed at several top-shelf historic inns throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic. The Sayre Mansion Inn is by far the most comfortable, spacious, and personalized. We were given a really thorough tour by Matt, who gave us insights into the different nooks and crannies, some of which may be haunted :) The breakfast was excellent and we were happy to have a water machine right outside our door. I would love to come back to the area and stay again!!!

This place was awesome. Location was perfect! Breakfast was incredible and delicious! The staff was great! The Sayre Mansion was perfectly decorated for Christmas! The fireplace and Christmas tree in the parlor made it magical!
