「The gentleman who was working the front desk when we checked in was very friendly and very helpful to us . Offered us a free shuttle service to downtown State College. But there was no air conditioning , it was extremely hot and a very uncomfortable night stay. We were told we would have to report back to Expedia for us to get any type of refund if we decide to leave and book another hotel. It was late when we got back to our room and would have had to go through a lot of hassle to find any...

「Booked two beds got one. Got assigned to room with door wide open and lock won’t disengage Lost power at 11pm til 430am with no emergency back up lights even in hallways. But unable to leave room anyway as doors are electric and you can’t get back in. Which is against code Ice machine on 3rd floor but no ice exists Space where ice machine should be on two is empty with just water lines hanging. Lights outside are off dark in the parking lot unsafe」
