「Great place to stay」

「Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. 「Incredible views of the Allegheny river. Lovely historic property!! Great food at the restaurant, and was very fun to rent bikes on-site! Special mention to John, who took my son fishing (they are ramping up boat and fishing experiences) just because he loves to fish, with no expectation of compensation. Wonderful people. I am hoping Foxburg does not grow too much such that it would lose this quiet charm.」
