"With the recent upgrades to the lobby, restaurant and rooms this hotel is unparalleled in the area. "

"Needed to get a break and get off the dark road during my trip. I pulled in and between the few hotels all together, Baymont was the most affordable so, as a frugal traveler, I made a reservation while sitting in the parking lot. Plenty of parking and brightly lit. This is important to woman traveling alone. It was somewhat late so lobby was quiet. Gentleman helped me right away and check in was a breeze. He was friendly and explained breakfast, showed me the ice machine and pointed me right to my room. The room was adequate for a sleep over. Everything was clean, had a microwave and a decent fridge. Plenty of clean towels and sheets. Really can't beat it for under $100. I travel a lot and have determined this will be my go to place when in this route."

"Hotel was very clean and inviting, great value for price. The bed and room were very good. The bath was large and clean. My only issue was the water pressure/shower head were not strong. The water did not even make it to the middle of the shower, so you have to stand close and the water was warm not hot. The hotel was not full so it shouldn't have been a problem. I didn't call the staff so i only checked in with them. So I put average because there was no n/a."

"The location is quiet and peaceful despite being handily close to downtown Radford. We loved the location. Check in was easy and efficient. Our room, was okay, though we found a dirty plastic spoon on the floor, upon arrival. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were both empty as well. We discovered, in the middle of the night, that we didn't have an extra roll of toilet paper. It made one feel that perhaps it hadn't had the greatest attention to cleaning. Also, when we tried to get a blanket for the pull out couch, all they could find to bring us was an additional stack of sheets. It truly wasn't terrible, just not great either. "
