「The staff at this hotel are the perfect balance between professional and friendly. They are very efficient but made every interaction feel as though it was important personally, and took their time to get to know you and remember your preferences. It was like being amongst new friends. No request was too much - they went out of their way to make you happy. Guest Relations Manager George deserves a special mention. 「This place is somewhat in a league of its own. Incredibly stylish with beautiful rooms which come with their own sitting area and pool. The whole feeling of the report is of calm and relaxation. The food in the restaurants is excellent, the service is great and the gym facilities spotless and stylish. On top of this the staff are the nicest and most attentive (if you require) of anywhere we have been. I cannot recommend Acro enough and really hope to return soon. 」

「酒店房間很大很舒適，職員很友善，設施亦很齊全，格局更似是渡假村，十分寧靜，若是想要渡假感覺的旅客應該會比較喜歡這間酒店。酒店距離市中心有一段距離，步行前往約需25-30分鐘，而途中全是斜路並要走在車路旁，酒店附近又沒有餐廳，很不方便。我們訂了海景標準客房，但原來只是遠遠的見到一部份的海，景觀方面有點令人失望。」

「Very good service and Breakfast. Super good mattress for sleeping. The reception lady Hara did a good job for delivering the bouquet of flower which I prepared for my wife! The only improvement is the whirlpool did not get the water hot enough. The technician seem have no idea about how to get water hotter, indeed after his adjustment, the water turns cooler. We didnt have a chance immersing in the hot water and enjoying the best Oia Sunset view.」
