「Staff was welcoming and helpful. Also place was easy access to everything. However, the floor in the stairwell is slippery. My sister in law slip and almost rolled down the stairs. Our room was on the second floor but it was wood. My suggestion is to put a non slippery rug or carpets in the stairwells. There’s are others that almost slip down the stairs. 」

「Friendly staff, fast response to needs and questions. Close walk to the center of the city. Had a quiet and relaxing stay. Also enjoyed the breakfast they served either at the restaurant or in your room. Only issue was the internet connection, had to get a new user id and password a couple times. Also has a gym which I used every day.」

Nothing was too much, they were ALWAYS on hand and went the extra mile more than once. We were even offered a native delicacy for breakfast on our last day ‘Tupig’. Great stay. 「While the room seemed adequate and clean, there were a number of flies hovering us all night. Killed at least 4 and then there were more. The beddings were grey so that was also suspect as I’m used to clean white beddings. 」

One of the lights in the bathroom was not working. If there was lower rating than 1 star, I would have given it. I would never stay there again.」

「Place is only good to reserve in last resort cases... For starters the restroom was filthy. It looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a least a month. AC cooled but was so loud it was hard to fall asleep. The pool was dirty and it appreared the filtration pump wasnt running. On top of that there was a 'pool use charge' sign posted at the desk. Wi fi was weak on the second floor. List goes on ... anyway if you need to get out of the rain i guess this place will do.」
