"Pool was dirty. No pool deck furniture, no pool towels. Mineral spring smelt awful, from across the parking lot. Bar traffic made parking a challenge. The noise from the bar was quite loud on more than one occasion"

"The room was spotlessly clean, big and great for plugging everything in. Both end tables had multiple outlets as well as the desk and dresser area. The bathroom was well equipped and the walk in shower was a pleasant surprise. The refrigerator was bigger than expected. The safe was locked and they were unable to fix it but that inconvenience was minor. The staff we dealt with were all very efficient and friendly. There were plenty of tables and chairs in the breakfast area and the food was very good. The area was adjacent to the lobby area so high tops were comfortable for reading or working. The hotel property location was convenient to the college and airport and all the shopping and restaurants but was in a quiet area so easy to relax. Will definitely be staying there whenever needing to be in the area overnight."

"I've stayed at towneplace suites before but never been to this one. All staff were very friendly and the rooms were excellent! Location is good, conveniently by a mall. Didn't go to the tiki bar or pool but looked pretty nice. Would definitely stay again!"

"The staff is wonderful and friendly the place is spotless, always willing to help improve your stay. Rooms were spotless. It was great. I will definitely be going back. The food was good as well. Fresh fruit and coffee all the time eggs were nice and fluffy had a huge variety as well "
