「The bed is good as well as the shower, television, the wifi and airco. The area is close to restaurants and shops however there's room for improvement: - a bigger trash - a small fridge - floor is uneven and cracking - the reception does not have any tourist information (no maps from metros or sightseeing)」

「 ⸻ The hotel facilities are clean and comfortable. The lobby provides hot tea, iced water, and coffee throughout the day, which is a nice touch. The room was clean and well maintained, and the double-bed room actually has two large beds, which is more than sufficient for a family stay. However, the check-in process was poorly organized, which significantly affected our experience. 「excellent!」

「I stayed at the Rover over the weekend, and it was an outstanding stay. When you hear "boutique hotel without a reception," you tend to expect an affordable but impersonal experience. That wasn't the case here. I was greeted at the property by the property manager, Emily, who was warm and welcoming from the start. 「I received clear instructions on how to check in and connect to the Wi-Fi in advance, so I had no concerns. Even though I arrived late at night, the check-in process was very smooth and easy. I also felt reassured knowing that the host was always available and responsive whenever I needed assistance. Overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality!」

「ok」

「The location was great. Very walkable for groceries and activities. There was a park directly across the street that was nice. The staff was friendly and the room layout for a large family was great. The pullout couch was pretty rough but the kids didn’t complain too much.」
