「Liked the location close to metro.. room was comfortable if small. Didn't like the lack of reception staff on site and found the lockers for storing luggage frustrating.」

「Everything is perfect except the shower room. 浴室很容易積水，不容易排出，洗澡上有很大困難」

「The location is central just 10mins walk to the train station and metro. I got assistance and my questions answered very quickly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast places were nice and delicious. 」

「Good location with metro station nearby, only 30 minutes ride to Madrid city centre with the sub urban train. With a large shopping center nearby and free parking. Just pretty strange that the fridge is not able for cooling but just keep at room temperature.」

The one we supposed to book was 2 bedroom apartment, however, It is so small , there is no door of the bedrooms , no living area. It should only be called studio. We tried to contact the host , they were not very helpful at the beginning, saying the pictures are taken from different apartments, after a long communication, they move us to a bigger apartment which is better. We just want to...

It’s differing treatment which makes me feel unfairly treated 」

For us the outdoor area is what we were looking for and you don’t get that in the centre. This was handy at the height of summer and we could sit out in the morning, go out about 12 and spend until 10 exploring, then come back and sit out and have a drink. Apartment has a shop on the corner of block which sells...
