「酒店是新開業，很小的酒店，房間也好小，地點是中心區不過離地鐵站不算近，酒店周圍－般。如果不介意走路，二十分鐘走到自由大道。房間一般，清潔不夠好，桌子、床頭都有灰塵。床和枕頭很舒服。價格和酒店的對比，以後不再考慮入住。」

「Staff are friendly and the two male staff are extremely helpful. They were informative and told us where to visit and suggested us some good resturants. There was some problem with my coffee machine in my room and the staff was proactive to solve the problem .」

「My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were the kindest, most welcoming, and helpful that I’ve had at any hotel (and I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels). Saulo checked us in and a lovely person (I forget his name but he was a trainee) helped bring our bags to our room, offered us wine and pastries upon check in, planned our day for us while most things were closed on Christmas, and went well out of their way to make sure we had the best experience possible.
