「First time ever to stay at the hotel, where the kiosk is also the check-in counter as also the concierge 😅😂 The guy at the kiosk is extremely helpful! 👍 The free shuttle service to airport and nearby light rail station was very nice too! Very few and limited selection at breakfast. Those plastic cutleries were so environmental unfriendly and contradictory to the “sustainable” hotel theme! 」

「I had an incident where I felt I was not being treated with respect. The person at check in, not very friendly. No smile no welcome. Did not let me know of complimentary coffe for the mornings at the lobby. Next day at the lobby I went to get coffe, and I ask how much it was, I was told in complimentary. With out looking at me. Then I wish him a nice day he won’t even look at me, I find it very disrespectful. After all it is us the guests who pay this person salary. And to not be treated with...

「The stay was great overall, unfortunately it seems as though my husband picked up a case of food poisoning. Not sure how that happened as lunch was the only time we had different things to eat. I am fine - he is NOT. 」

「Road noise kept us awake all night. Shuttle driver from the hotel to airport didn't show. So, another employee came but was in no hurry for the guests and told guests that he needed to get some breakfast before leaving. He also had to pick people up at a neighboring hotel. We called an Uber. I didn't have time for that since our flight boarded at 5:25 a.m. 」
