「Loved our room and the hotel! Great location. Loved having a balcony and was ideal having a fridge in the room. It said that there was a laundry service but when we called reception they said that they don’t offer this… was really hoping for that service as we have been travelling around Spain and needed to do a wash, that is the only negative.」

「Incorrect information shared about the deposit between booking emails and then arriving to check in. Rooms were nice and fresh but missing a lot of basics for a self catering room with cooking facilities. Beds were like wooden boards and had no comfort whatsoever. Noise between rooms was unbearable and had no sound protection, especially with an over noisy neighbour 」
