「We drove a long way to the hotel and checked in merely at midnight without having our dinner yet. Thou the kitchen was closed but the staffs were really care about our situation and did anything they can do. I love their rooms. 「Unheard of for us, but we decided to come back to this hotel after a week holiday last year. Everything about this hotel is superb. Reception staff, restaurant staff, bar staff, cleaning staff.
My only gripe is that we asked for a room upgrade (as an Expedia platinum member) but were told that all the higher grade rooms were full. This wasn’t the case as we could clearly see that the suite we had last year was unoccupied for the duration of our stay. 」
