「Stayed for 12 nights very enjoyable staff very friendly . Fantastic sea view lovely relaxed breakfasts,shout out for Luana who was always smiling and happy to help at breakfast. Coming here 25 yrs and would definately come back. Reception on arrival was first class even though a young lady was training they were very attentive and helpful.. Thankyou.」

「We had issues with our safe. After asking for it to be fixed multiple times, someone finally came 24 hours later. Our fan started working randomly one of the nights, from 23:00 to 02:00, we were unable to turn it off! For an all inclusive 5 star hotel, there werent many food options and even when we came to eat when the restaurant opened, the food was lukewarm / cold. We had pork steaks one day that weren't cooked properly, which resulted in food poisoning...not nice at all - we lost 48nhours of...
