「The hotel's concierge and B2 catering waiters are nice and enthusiastic. But there are some strange situations: 1. 「An elegant old hotel and price is reasonable. Location is good and service is much better than anticipation. Afternoon tea is served.」

「Stayed one night at this hotel. It was stressful and we arrived late at night. After a near accident with a truck, asked my friends who drove me to stay and drive the day after. The hotel changed the room for us for a fee and managed to let us park at the property. Super service and very nice hotel. I would have definitely stayed if i had not booked an apartment in downtown prior to arrival.」

The hotel is located in the heart of Alexandria. There a really good shopping mall attached to it with some of the best local brands and restaurants. Althought itis expensive but this is by far the best hotel in Alexandria.」
