「Room spotless, very courteous and helpful staff. Amazing view from windows (though they could do with a bit clean, provided of course it's safe to do so as the room is on the 15th floor). The hotel is bit hard to find as there's no sign on the front of the building although the hotel does try to contact the guest on the day of check-in to help locating the hotel. Good tv with some English channels. It would be nice to have a soap dish holder in the shower. Overall a nice experience, I recommend...

For example, when you check in, they will explain in detail the situation of the mini bar, and you will be charged for it. But when I entered the room, I checked the mini bar first and found it was empty? Then I raised this issue with the front desk, and the front desk also expressed doubts as to why it was empty. 「The sea view is super fantastic! Location is very convenient in center Alexandria where all important places are within a walking distance or a short ride. Staff are very friendly and respectful. Street noise is a little loud. Overall, Highly recommended hotel. I gave some recommendations to the management team regarding the property to take care off and they promised to do. 」

「Beautiful hotel, calm, clean with wonderful staff. We stayed just as a stop over but wished we could stay longer. The restaurant was also very good and the breakfast had a large selection. Not sure how anyone could not enjoy their stay. As a tip the entrance is at gate 2 for security. 」
