「Room spotless, very courteous and helpful staff. Amazing view from windows (though they could do with a bit clean, provided of course it's safe to do so as the room is on the 15th floor). The hotel is bit hard to find as there's no sign on the front of the building although the hotel does try to contact the guest on the day of check-in to help locating the hotel. Good tv with some English channels. It would be nice to have a soap dish holder in the shower. Overall a nice experience, I recommend...

「The hotel's concierge and B2 catering waiters are nice and enthusiastic. But there are some strange situations: 1. For example, when you check in, they will explain in detail the situation of the mini bar, and you will be charged for it. 「We had a lovely stay at Rixos (Nariman). Room(Park view) are spacious and excellent, room service are really good, thanks to Ahmed Said. Breakfast buffet is outstanding we had hours at King Fouad and staff there are amazing, thanks to Mohammed Hassan. Would come back again!」

「Beautiful hotel, calm, clean with wonderful staff. We stayed just as a stop over but wished we could stay longer. The restaurant was also very good and the breakfast had a large selection. Not sure how anyone could not enjoy their stay. As a tip the entrance is at gate 2 for security. 」
