「I couldnt get the motel to come up in my web search, so I called my reservation in. I repeated myself several times that I needed a handicap room. When we got there, my husband and i checked in and were given our key card. I asked if we could rent another room of the same size--2 queens, but this second reservation did not need to be handicap accessible. He seemed a little confused and I repeated several times that our room is handicap accessible but this new reservation did not need to be...

「The family suite was very underwhelming. There were 2 coffee mugs and 2 glasses and nothing else even though there was a full kitchenette. The furniture was uncomfortable and there was a dank smell that we couldn't get rid of even with the windows open. The staff was absolutely lovely and the facilities were very clean, but I would not recommend this room to others」

「Parking was easy. Rooms were not updated as advertised, only bathroom and kitchen area were updated, needs new furniture and paint. It seems we stayed while it is getting updated and unfortunately did not get the remodeled room as pictured. Hot water and A/C worked. Road noise from loud cars due to proximity to main road.」

「We came in winter and we were the only one group of guest on that day. Room is not large but enough for two people. Water pressure for shower is not as good as normal hotel, which may due to their location.」
