「great facilities good service easy self check in/out wifi not so good 」

「The people who work there are superb! The other guests were really noisy till 11 pm, it was hard to fall asleep. Children runming in there rooms and knocking on walls. You could hear people talking and so clear, you knew what they are talkimg about. Not nice. The breakfast is the best! Beds are good, rooms well decorated. 」

「Difficult to check in, only internet communication. 」

「Easy check in with clear instructions. Room was clean and had everything you would need. Best thing was location. Also they had turned the heating on which was needed!!!」

「We were visiting family and friends in Lodz and wanted our own place to stay not to impose on anyone. Clean, quiet, and all amenities we wanted, and a good price!」

「Bedding smelled like perfume and needs to be replaced. Loud music from 6 am to 8 am and strsnge noises. Little communication from jotel.」

「Overall location was good and it was quiet, despite that it is located in one of the most popular areas in the city. Everything was clean in the apartment. However there was couple of things that was not the best - 1/quality of mattress and bad overall is not super good and comfortable 2/ sofa was broken (however management warned me about sofa beforehand)」
