「 Please be aware if you come with a large group and a car. The check-in instruction provided by the hotel was inaccurate. We came with a car and found it so confusing upon arrival. There was no pass-code provided for the garage as the instruction message stated. Later we found that we have to check-in with the kiosk first and then used the activated room card to open the garage. We stuck at the gate for half an hour because of this. Einzig die Kopfkissen sind statt aus Federkissen mit einer Art Schaumstoff und was auch unpassend ist, dass sowohl im Restaurant und in der Bad Gäste im Bademantel sind - das ist niveaulos von den Gästen und in einem stilvollen Hotel nicht angebracht und gegenüber anständigen Gästen rücksichtslos.」
