「The Epic was just that, Epic. The customer service was great, the room spacious with a large comfy balcony and the meals delicious and varied. The pools were a good temperature and had plenty of chairs around them. The beach is a bit of a walk but very nice to have on property. However, the ocean water was only in the high 60’s in July so it was nice to have the pool options. We had a two bathroom suite which made getting ready for the day quicker. 「We had a great time! The staff were helpful on email and arranged our airport transfer prior to arriving. When we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff and even let us check in earlier. Throughout our week, anything we needed, the staff were at hand. Day trips into Albufeira and Vilamoura cost only €2 per person and were super easy to organise with the team.
