「Great stay」

「We reserved a King Size bed room. When we arrived and checked in, I found the bedding to be dirty/stained with unknown substance. The clerk switched us to another room that was 2 Queen Beds. The beds felt like they were full sized instead. Very uncomfortable. One night, there was a huge rain storm. The window leaked a lot of rain into the rom. The Breakfast was not great either. The Orange Juice machine was out both mornings we were there. The milk for cereal? It was a Gallon Milk Jug...

「We would have given this stay 5 stars if it wasn’t for the breakfast. The rooms are beautiful, the lobby is tastefully done and beautiful, we found everything to be very clean as well. But how hard is it to have scrambled eggs and a meat item for breakfast?! All other breakfast options (cold items) were good but both mornings the only hot food was biscuits and gravy. 「Things were clean enough, and staff were friendly enough. Breakfast was pancakes, manufactured, pastries, yogurt… Ice is a bit of a problem. No ice machines to use. If you just need a cup of ice or so, they will fill up your cup at the front desk. Otherwise, you have to buy a bag of ice.」

「Our room was not ready when we checked in at 4:15 with check in time advertised at 3pm. It took her 20 minutes to make a bed and vacuum while we waited in the hallway.」

「Parking was OK. Language barrier with staff was annoying. I didn’t eat the carb breakfast. Would not stay there again.」
