「Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. They were engaging, professional and help us coordinated transportation and activities outside the hotel. Staffs are also very honest. 「Excellent sized room and bathroom. Very clean. Organised airport transfers for me. You can even organise canyoneering and Oslob tours with them. Very short walk to the sardine beach and heaps of cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff were fantastic!」
