"The blow dryer was broken. I had to come down to the front office for anything I needed although I got constant text messages from my phone from Old Town ABQ. There was a long term guest with Maryland plates transacting a drug deal in the front parking lot. When I went to the continental breakfast there was an elderly man putting everything away and giving me a hard mean stare. There was not even any coffee! The in-room coffee machine was so hard water stained it did not look safe to drink from....

"Requested a non smoking room and they still gave one to us. An employee came to let us know later on that they made a mistake but since we had settled in we decided to just keep the room. "Room was subpar. The door didn’t even close securely, it seemed like the weather stripping was worn or missing. The peep hole was unusable and you couldn’t see out of it. Very dangerous! The towel rack by the sink fell off every time a hand towel was used. The breakfast amenities were junk food for breakfast. The only positive was the shower water pressure was great. Will not stay here ever again."
