「Nos gustó mucho la habitación, con aire acondicionado, el balcón perfecto para ver las estrellas, y desayuno continental incluido. Recomiendo este hotel para los que quieren visitar el parque nacional, las cataratas, y estar cerca de restaurantes y supermercados, todo caminable.」

The bathroom and the area under the kitchen sink had a strong mould smell, and there was visible black mould on the shower caulking and even around the bathroom towel hook. The shower also did not drain properly, which caused water to back up onto the bathroom floor. 「This was one of our favorite places we stayed in Portugal. The lady who runs this is absolutely wonderful (as well as her pet goat and dogs). She even makes a lovely homemade breakfast, by request, for only 6€ a person. In the morning, we could smell her homemade bread baking. The suite we stayed in had a full kitchen, a super comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a beautiful balcony with a view of the hills. The property is very quiet and located in such a peaceful area. If we ever go back to...

「I travel a lot yet seldom write reviews. So there must be a good reason to do this one. I am stingy so I am looking for value when booking a place. Re. this one, the owners conveniently forgot to mention that there is a COMMON bathroom for all the bedrooms on the floor (one bathroom for seven rooms on the floor where I stayed). Since toilets are within the same space as the showers, you can imagine what problems to expect. Had I been clearly informed about common bathroom I would have never...
