"Got a good deal (according to the prices advertised within the actual room, would not have been happy to pay 286 eur per night!!!) and was very basic, as expected from the price. Good points: heating works very well, actually had to open balcony windows to cool down after switching it off. "Right at the centre of the resort - v short walk to ski lifts Good hosts and very Spanish feel about hotel. We had an excellent studio which was well equipped and serviced daily. Underground secure parking and a ski locker were v convenient. Maybe a little more detail on arrival process as one way system and underground car parking can be a bit confusing for new arrivals. "Hotel is clean and the facilities are of a high standard. Parking on-site is 7€ / night and is limited so if you are staying during a busy time you may have issues. We got a room upgrade as the hotel had not taken our booking from Hotels.com. This was a nice gesture. The beach is mostly gravel and stone / pebbles and is across a road and promenade from the hotel. "We stayed in the upper tier called the "Level". The ease of having a refreshment and snacks (very nice tapas) plus the open access to the spa on return from the slopes makes this hotel very special. I will always try to stay at this hotel "If it is available". Book in advance. "
