Worth a visit if in the mountains

Very comfy room Bathroom bit ďated but functional Great location Difficult to find as no sign outside hotel with name Satnav sent me to some strange places Food in restaurant was superb

Very friendly country place on the road but quiet and much better than staying in the town centre of you have a car. Near bus route to mountains, excellent quality of food.

Spoilt only by the weather!

Perfectly situated for walkers and cyclists. We were visiting family. Only minor complaint is that coffee and water in the room were t checked by housekeeping we had to ask at reception.

We booked a Junior Suite for one night. The room was basic. The curtains were untidy. The plug in the bathroom sink did not fit. We were not made aware that the restaurant would not be open for dinner in the evening. On checkout at 10am reception was unattended, so we left our key on the desk. There was another resident waiting in Reception who seemed to have a problem and needed attention but had been waiting sometime. The hotel is very noisy and not at all restful.

Prisvärt bra hotell.

Bra hotell i utkanten av staden. 5 minuters promenad till centrum. Rummet förhållandevis stort, rent och bekvämt. Riktigt bra väl tilltagen frukost. Gratis parkering strax utanför. Bra vandringsmöjligheter - kolla med turistbyrån i centrum.

Clean and comfortable rooms

It was a nice hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Because of the transient crowd that come in and out of Órgiva due to the "alternative" communities there, the staff seems pretty tired of tourists.

Amabilidad del personal

El personal es amabilísimo. Es lo mejor del hotel. Desde la recepción, pasando por la cafetería hasta el restaurante toda la gente que trabaja en el hotel es encantadora. Un problema: el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas se oye como si tuviesen altavoces. Gracias a que el resto de personas alojadas eran silenciosas pero así y todo, cualquier mínimo ruido se oía de manera tremenda dentro de la habitación.

Habitación cómoda y limpia.El personal son muy amables:nos recomendaron dónde comer y qué ver.El único "pero" que pondría es que la calefacción es por bomba de aire, y para dormir si lo apagabas(un poco ruidoso) hacia mucho frío en la habitación.

charmante hôtesse dans un petit coin de paradis

Notre hôtesse a pris le temps de nous expliquer les excursions que nous pouvions réaliser dans la région. Grâce à elle, nous avons découvert des oliviers centenaires d'une beauté incroyable (circuit de 5 km à partir de l'hôtel). Elle nous a recommandé aussi une fontaine d'eau ferrugineuse et gazeuse dans la montagne, qui ne figurait pas sur les dépliants touristiques. A cet endroit très surprenant, nous avons pu parler longuement avec une jeune femme qui vendait les produits de sa ferme qui étaient délicieux. Nous avons eu l'impression de partager un peu les préoccupations des gens du coin et de créer les liens au-delà du simple rapport client-hôtelier.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Hôtel situé à la sortie de la ville,mais à 7minutes du genre ville à pieds. Réception inexistante : pour prendre la chambre à 13h ,il à fallu attendre 15minutes que quelqu'un un veuille bien se présenter, & pour le départ à 7h30,pareil, attendre 15 minutes que le réceptionniste arrive, du coup nous n avons pas eu le temps de profiter du petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix de la chambre,car nous avions un bus à prendre) Réceptionnistes parlant pas,ou très peu anglais. Le soir, le hall de l hôtel était extrêmement bruyant,nous étions au 1e étage, on aurait dit que il y avait une soirée dans le hall , de 23h jusqu'à plus de 1h du matin.(nous ne sommes restés au qu une nuit,je ne sais pas si c était exceptionnel ou non) Sinon : chambre propre, lit confortable, climatisation.
