「Amazing」

「Better service would be great.」

「I’m going to assume it was glaringly obvious and I just overlooked it in my haste to book this trip last-minute, but I was unaware this was not a hotel until I showed up at midnight and had to go through the additional check-in steps. Luckily I had all the resources available to complete the check-in, but had I been without cell reception/charge, I would’ve had nowhere to sleep. I did think I had selected “hotels” as part of my search, but again, am giving the benefit of the doubt. Maybe...

There were several times we would have like to speak with staff regarding locations, food or if there had been some extras offered we might have stayed on property. All in all the home is absolutely gorgeous!」

「If you can find somewhere else to stay while you’re in Portland, do it. We arrived to an unbearably hot room, all the blinds up, air conditioner broken. Maintenance wasn’t able to come till the next day; they claimed they came into our room and saw that the air conditioner worked properly, but there was no evidence they entered our room at all. The AC remained broken, so we were without it the entirety of our trip...

「非常新。餐廳很棒」

「方便」

「Good」
