「Suuuuper nice host. He introduced the whole city and the room to help us adapt to it quickly. The bed is too comfortable that we had difficulty to wake up. The location is great, just near the Piazza Bellini. The spa is comfortable to help us relax after the all day trip and walking in the city. The breakfast in a nearby Cafe shop is delicious.」

「Accolti con molta gentilezza da Ken, un giovane addetto che ci ha fornito informazioni esaurienti sulla casa e sulle diverse attrattive del centro storico di Palermo, lasciandoci un suo numero di telefono al quale rintracciarlo in caso di bisogno. L'appartamento è comodo, apprezzabile la presenza dell'ascensore! Nel complesso, siamo soddisfatti della nostra scelta e ci sentiamo di consigliarla anche ad altri. Se proprio dobbiamo proporre qualche miglioramento, potremmo consigliare di spolverare...

「Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Palerme. Tout ce fait à pied. Cependant, ATTENTION, si vous êtes en voiture, l'hôtel se trouve en ZTL et il est très difficile de trouver une place. Chambre spacieuse, propre. Petit déjeuné standard. L'hôte est aimable, fait en sorte de répondre à vos questions malgré des difficultés de communication (il parle en majorité italien) mais nous nous sommes très bien compris :) 」
