「I booked an accessible room. No accessible room was available upon arrival. My husband and I both have physical disabilities so having an accessible room is of utmost importance. Front desk clerk was very unhelpful, rude, and inconsiderate. Had to go seek hotel room elsewhere.」

「The staff were friendly, check in was easy. The room needed attention. There was a tear in the top sheet and dried lipstick on the nightstand. The shower curtain rod was broken on one end so the rod was just resting on the top of the shower tile and hung a few inches into the shower floor. 「The ladies at the front desk were very nice. The room needs a lot of work. The tub didn't drain while you were taking a shower. There are cracks in and outside of the bathroom. The floor has a lot of pen marks on it. The floor overall wasn't very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The place seems like a for construction workers and contractors instead of for families. I would not recommend this hotel. The pool wasn't working either, which meant you couldn't use the sauna. The ice maker on...

「I couldn't stay there because it was a horrible place! I tried 2 different rooms & both rooms didn't have a dead bolt that worked. As a single woman traveling alone, I don't feel it's too much to ask to feel safe in a locked room!!!!!!!!」

「Traveling for work, needed a simple place for one night. I didn’t even go in. Looked dingy with linens draping over the windows and abandoned other than a couple of young kids playing in the parking lot. Not a suitable stay」

「Multiple negatives so look elsewhere to stay. Looks like a cheap motel with hourly rates. Didn’t end up staying. They didn’t have my reservation anyway. Also, wrong address, wrong name of hotel and frustrating Hotels.com service」
