「As we got there to check in, we had to wait to get our keys to the room because the computer was down. Then when we got to the room, the room was good! But the toilet had to be flushed like 3+ times to just flush the toilet paper. The staff was incredibly friendly. Although our accessible room was not ready when we arrived (as the special request was not transmitted by Expedia) - the day front desk manager, Henry stayed until it was set, and helped us to bring our stuff into the room.
