「Terrible service - The reception lady was extremely unhelpful and showed zero sympathy to me, an ill guest. I got fever and was very sick. 「We had a superb stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean and staff is friendly. There's a washer/dryer available for free to guest, on the 2nd floor. The pool is nice, with lounger chairs + umbrellas, and the water was warm, even in May, which was nice after a hot day outside. Pool area always has part shade, part sun, which ever feels good for you. 10/10 for everything.」

「This was a lovely property - very clean and spacious. It was in a nice quiet area of Seville that was within a good distance of all the main attractions. The staff were very quick at responding to any queries we had and can help with organising any experiences/tours around the city (which I’d 100% recommend doing)」

「This was a great hotel with lots of character. One may even feel they are taking a step back into history at this place and I took a bit of time to explore all the interesting nooks and crannies. The reception area was beautiful. Breakfast was pretty decent and friendly service. Location was perfect. Close to great tapas places and close to Santa Justa train station. 」
