"We loved our stay at the Oakland Marriott City Center. The room was clean and a great size. The view was great. The restaurant on site is very very good although pricey. The parking fee is also very expensive but worth it to keep my car safe while we were there. We will always stay at this hotel when we need to come to the convention center. The only thing that would make the day better would be buffet breakfast."

The hotel isn’t too big which is an advantage, and it is a little old, but it is clean and has all the essentials that you would need including a restaurant and a small gym. It is only a few minutes walk from the train station. "

But they should disclose when you check in that you’ll be paying for parking each day. A lot of people miss that if it’s just on the website and to get thirty dollars added to your bill at the end is upsetting. But overall it was a very pleasant stay. "
