「Sehr schönes Hotel. Die einfache aber sehr zweckmäßig Einrichtung der Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden und werden persönlich geregelt. Besonders gut hat uns das Frühstück und das Abendessen gefallen. Der Service war hervorragend. Die Getränke an der Bar waren preisgünstig und ein Weinglas war auch normal gefüllt mit einem Viertelliter.」

「This hotel is part of a large complex of about six hotels. Half of which are closed. It is at the far end and is the smallest and closest to the beach. There is no pool so you have to use the one two hotels further along. There are plenty of sunbeds on local beaches and the terrace. The lobby is very attractive and our room, which had a large balcony, was comfortable, clean and well appointed. 「Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr auf vier Sternenniveau. Das Essen war solide, jedoch nicht kreativ und abwechslungsreich. Des Personal ist sehr jung und zu 100 % unmotiviert. 」

「Het restaurant was helaas niet open. Wel kan je lekker van de infinity pool gebruik maken maar helaas niks aan het zwembad bestellen vanwege het restaurant dat niet open is. Verder is het een klein loopje naar het strand, 2 trappen af. De beschikbare ligbedjes waren helaas allemaal bezet waardoor we ze moesten betalen van de aangelegen strandtent. Een klein gedeelte van de ligbedjes op de foto is van Aqua View / Appartments. Verderop op 5min lopen zit een klein beachwinkeltje waar je o.a....

Good selection of food at mealtimes. The swimming pools were nice, if smaller than they look on the website, but the beach is only.a short walk away. Would definitely recommend.」

「The staff and management do not have basic customer skills. I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner. The staff refused to acknowledge that we have All Inclusive and in the morning the manageress did not acknowledge our Expedia receipt which clearly states All Inclusive. The Expedia...

「Nous y avons passé 2 jours au début du mois de mai. Nous avons trouvé l'hôtel et le restaurant parfait parce que nous étions que 30 clients à l'hôtel, en tout et pour tout. Ce qui veut dire de la place au restaurant ou à la piscine, etc... Les tables étant pratiquement collées les unes aux autres dans les différents endroits (bars, salles de restaurant), en été cela doit être horrible. Question économie responsable : il va falloir oublier le plastique jetable et passer au réutilisable. Les menus...

「We had a great time and a positive experience in general. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the beach and the main strip. At the same time it's in the quiet more family-oriented part of the resort and it was quiet at night. The food was quite nice as well and there were beer, drinks and ice-cream/snacks throughout the day. The negatives - this is not a 4 star hotel. It looks and feels more like a 3* hotel. On the balcony there were rust spots and bird poo which was not cleaned....
