"Everything was perfect! The staff went out of their way to help me out of a difficult situation, more than once. I've stayed in lot's of hotels but Shangri-La was by far my favorite. I'm hoping to return again soon. "

Hotel Riu Dubai Beach Resort - All Inclusive

"Family of 5 stayed in 2 rooms for 4 nights. Both rooms were spotless however room 6054 smelled of damp. So we just used that room as storage for our suitcases and we all slept in the other room. Beds were comfortable. Room cleaning services were great. All inclusive drinks in fridge topped up 48hrly. Restaurant buffet had a nice variety of tasty food. Kids enjoyed the pool, water park and beach which were just a few seconds walk from the hotel- very convenient. On our last night were lucky enough to attend an ABBA concert at the hotel theatre which was a nice treat. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would stay here again and would recommend."
