「Very clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. 」

「We have booked double rooms and they gave us disability rooms without even informing us, receptionist couldn’t speak English and didn’t want talk to us or resolve the issues, we slept uncomfortably the nights we were there. In the morning I spoke to to the manager of the hotel he didn’t want even apologise very bad hotel I will never recommend to anyone.」

「Great location stayed for 9 days for business r housekeeping was late even after being told to come earlier next day they came at 10 pm and woke me up The Breakfast buffet was eh and was still being set up 30 minutes after they let us in Gym is dinky and no pool Reception staff all speak fluent English and were very responsive No shops on property and minimal options for food at hotel Room service super expensive for what and amount of food Will not stay here again So far the Hilton in Jeddah...
